Same Day Reporting: Computer generated reports will be delivered the same day via e-mail. An easy to read report with specific details including color digital pictures are provided for all needed repairs and issues. Home maintenace tips provided verbally as well. A verbal report and review always provided at the time of the inspection.
Free Homeowners Manual: A book which helps homeowners maintain and recognize potential problems for their home is given out free with every inspection.
Available Weekends : Saturday and Sunday inspections at no extra charge.
No Time Limit: Inspections usually take 2-4 hours, not including report generation. No time limit is asscessed when scheduling your home inspection. A complete and thourough inspection is G-Tech Complete’s goal on every inspection.
Wind Mitigation Inspections: These inspections can save large portions on your homeowner insurance policy and cost up to $125.00. All information is gathered and is available for $70.00 on general home inspections (up to 3 months after inspection) should you choose to purchase the home and qualify for wind mitigation credits.
Four Point Inspections: Four Point Inspections are often required on older homes by insurance companies and cost up to $150.00. All information for four points is gathered on general home inspections and available for $70.00 ( up to 3 months after inspection ). |
